The franchise will own the unit & will be paid 12% to 15% of revenue in decremental to explosion of sales.
Franchise-invested, Brand-operated
Franchises will be vested in the brand and take out up to 10% of sales. (For those who won’t invest as a whole)
Franchise-owned, Franchise-operated
Franchise owns it & operates it, and sends out 6 to 8% of revenue as commission.
